If you hire our services and we aren't able to remove any negative items from your credit report after working on it for 4 months, you are entitled to a full refund or 7 months for the Diamond Package. During this time, you must also have credit monitoring services and not have any new collections or missed payments. Additionally, you must send us updated reports from all three credit bureaus within a week of receiving them.
